Lexfoam C–35

Lexfoam C-35 is a mineral oil antifoam specially designed for the manufacture of emulsion resins like styrene-butadiene, styrene-acrylic, pure acrylic, vinyl acrylic, polyvinyl chloride, ethylene-vinyl acetate, vinylidene chloride and water-soluble alkyd.

It is very effective in eliminating micro foam, which is difficult to eradicate once formed.

  • Excellent residuality due to its high content of hydrophobic silica.
  • It can be used in emulsion polymerization processes to control foam under highly variable pH and temperature conditions.
  • It is a broad-spectrum antifoam.
  • No adverse effects on adhesion or surface defects.
  • Appearance: Cloudy amber liquid.
  • Density gr/cm3: 0.85 +/- 0.05
  • Viscosity cps: 100 +/- 50 cps.
  • 100% active substance.
  • Non-ionic character.
  • Emulsifiable in water.
