Lexfoam EM-300

Lexfoam EM-300 is an emulsion defoamer (W/O) based on hydrophobic compounds in mineral oils.

It is effective in tinting systems where ink compatibility is critical. Its effectiveness is not affected in the manufacturing, packaging, tinting and application stages. It is designed for use in water-based architectural paints with medium and low PVC (35 to 50).

  • Silicone free and APEO free.
  • Easy incorporation into high viscosity products (textures and stuccos) and medium viscosity (architectural paints).
  • Excellent residuality due to minimal fatty acid content.
  • No adverse effects on tinting systems.
  • Efficiently promotes the escape of trapped air.
  • Stable emulsion making it easy to use and handle.
  • Appearance: Creamy white liquid.
  • Density gr/cm3: 0.90 +/- 0.05
  • Viscosity cps: 6,000 +/- 1,500 cps.
  • pH 25%: 8.5 +/- 0.5
  • Active substance 40%.
  • Non-ionic character.
  • Emulsifiable in water.
