Reflex VT–06

Reflex VT-06 is a synthetic coolant/lubricant for scoring and polishing applications.

Derived from its chemical composition, it has properties of precipitating glass particles. Also, it has anticorrosive properties, protecting metal surfaces and preventing foam.

Product information

  • Since this product prevents foam, it is appropriate for machinery that use the refrigerant liquid by vacuum.
  • Due to its formulation, it maintains its properties in the glass scoring/polishing cycle.
  • Generates a solid settlement that is smooth when cleaning.
  • Appearance: Colorless liquid.
  • Density gr/cm3: 1.05 +/- 0.02
  • Concentrated pH: 11.2 +/- 0.2
  • Solubility: Miscible in water in any proportion.
